CC SWAP MEET: Whether you want to trade, sell, buy or hang out with friends, we're devoting two hours each day to the Swap Meet. You can bring a little (or more than a little) magic to display and trade/sell—or just enjoy shopping, sharing and hanging with friends as do what magicians love to do most: hang out and share our passion for magic with new friends and old.
What you need to do: Bring the books, props, tricks or or any magic you want to trade or sell. Perhaps you’ll want to put some items in your bag, or you may want to bring another suitcase. We’re going to devote a couple hours each afternoon to enjoying the party in our own self-contained ‘dealer room’—we’ll all get to talk about and share our favorite magic, find new homes for old favorites, and ensure we all get enough quality time with new friends and old.
IMPORTANT: We’ll have a 30 set-up period after lunch each day. After the swap meet, you’ll have another 30 minutes to pack your things up and take them back to your room before the next events. You won’t be able to stow tmagic in the room after the events—and we want to ensure your things stay safe. For that reason, please bring no more magic than what you can clean-up and take to your room without difficulty in the time allotted. . Pack with care. We recommend you bring no more than what you can fit in a carryon back.
